1. Finalise lenders & loan Product. Application Form signed & supporting documents received.
2. Once supporting documents are received, we finalise application and submit to lender.
3. Lender attends to credit and other queries and also commences assessing the application.
4. Conditional Approval is given or additional information is requested.
5. Additional information requested by Lender is supplied to lender. Property Valuation ordered if necessary.
6. Valuation received. If no Mortgage Insurance is required, lender issued Formal Approval Advice. Loan Offer & Mortgage Documents to follow.
7. If Mortgage Insurance is required, application is sent to Insurer for approval. Load Offer & Mortgage to follow.
